51st G7 Summit – Kananaskis, Alberta, May and June2025
BlueStar planned and successfully delivered 55 units; comprising of full-size motorcoaches, Sprinter Vans, SUVs and limos for a 4-week period in 2025. With a small management operations team (5 staff) based in the RCMP HQ and approximately 120 drivers we operated 24hrs a day moving the RCMP, Special Forces, Global Affairs Canada (GAC) and Conference Delegates throughout Southern Alberta. The services included multiple scheduled runs (more than 15 and most frequently every 1hr), for example the airport to Calgary, or Calgary to numerous locations in and around Kananaskis, both in the highly secure location (conference center with global leaders) and the surrounding area. Additionally, we offered ad-hoc on demand services, predominately for GAC and Conference Delegates.
The service delivered capacity for approximately 20,000 passengers per day. We had an extremely limited number of service issues (3 in total) which were resolved by either onsite maintenance or replacement buses. The services were extremely well received by all parties, and we are confident that both the RCMP and GAG would provide very positive references.
Beyond the 120 drivers we included a small management team consisting of a Project Manager, 3 dispatchers, 1 mobile mechanic and a concierge to manage driver welfare (accommodation etc). We would include a team consistent this if successful in winning the RCMP Vancouver opportunity.
International Rotary Conference, Calgary, June 2025
Thousands of conferences goers converged on Calgary during the summer of 2025 with the delegates scattered around numerous hotels requiring transportation to the convention centre and other locations. Bluestar operated 10 buses with up to 20 drivers on 7 scheduled runs for 12hrs to 14hrs a day, providing capacity for near 7,000 passengers per day. Throughout the conference we had two incidents. The first being a minor breakdown where we replaced the unit with a spare within 2-3hrs and the second being a graffiti “artist” tagging the unit where we removed the paint with a special cleaning agent within 4hrs.
We are confident that our client the internationally renowned transportation management company, TMS, would provide a strong reference given they have hired us for other events such as the upcoming FIFA Conference in Vancouver, BC. Outside of the two most recent examples, BlueStar has completed numerous schedule movements, some of which are as follows
BC Summer and Winter Games

Pan Continental Curling Championships
BlueStar provided scheduled services for up to 20hrs a day for the International Pan America Curling Championships. We provided 8 buses for both scheduled runs and on demand ad-hoc services without issues.
