President
Dr Jason Neale is a serial entrepreneur, turnaround expert and technology executive. Jason has a real love for starting new ventures, turning around struggling companies, developing novel technology and managing fast growing opportunities.
Steven
Vice President of Business Development
Steven has 25+ years in travel and tourism, specializing in customer relations and negotiation. Originally from the UK, he held leadership roles at TRAXX Transportation, Brewster (Pursuit), and Pacific Western Transportation. He joined BlueStar Coachlines in 2026 as Vice President of Business Development.
Richard
Vice-President of Operations & Co-General Manager
25+ years of Management/Operations experience in Tourism, Transportation and Retail. Including 13 years as Operation Manager for Westcoast Sightseeing, the largest same day sightseeing company in the Vancouver area.
Peter
Dispatch Manager
Peter has experience on dispatching 50 vehicles and currently holds Class 2 driver’s license. He also as very strong interdisciplinary experience among mechanical engineering, civil engineering and environmental science. Before becoming dispatch manager at Bluestar, he had experience driving taxis and ski shuttle. He is enthusiastic in camping in summer and ski in winter.

Lynda grew up in Ontario where she worked as a potter in a local pottery studio and studied Tourism & Travel at Mohawk College. After completing college, she moved to BC to start her career and experience all the mountains had to offer.

With the past 5 years research experience in academic institute (University of BC and University of Northern BC), he has very solid skill on time management and project management. He also has commercial driver’s license and driving experience in taxi and shuttles. He has enthusiasm in the tourism industry and loves to amuse passengers on the tour.

I’ve used blue star a few times and I’ve had nothing but good experiences! The busses are always on time and clean, and the drivers are always friendly and professional!
We booked 2 coaches with Bluestar for a Girl Guide Trip in June 2019!
Our trip was awesome because we had amazing drivers!
My bus had Ian and we really got along great. He kept us informed on time lines, made recommendations for breakfast locations, he was very kind and considerate and helpful. I also think he genuinely enjoyed his time with us.
Greg was the driver of the second bus, and he was wonderful too. In the end, he felt comfortable enough with us to share pictures of his Grand kids.

Highly recommend Blue star. We have used them for many different events in the past few years. The last one was a wine tour on the mini bus , did you know they had those, it was very professional, the driver was friendly. He didn’t rush us and he let us have a good time while keeping us safe.
We have also used them numerous times since the infancy of the company as a means of safe transportation to and from Big white for our kids. Never once in all those times or years was there ever an incident!!

I can’t recommend Blue Star enough! They transported our soccer team to Vancouver nearly every weekend in the fall and spring for 5 years, and every trip was great! The buses were impeccably clean, creating a comfortable environment for every trip. The drivers were not only incredibly friendly but also consistently punctual and reliable.
